During the six-month term of this Agreement, Syndicated Capital, Inc. shall provide TOMI with advisory, consulting and other services relative to TOMI’s operations, strategic planning, investor relations, domestic marketing and financial oversight, including employee benefit plans and other incentive arrangements for certain key executives of the Company.
